Sekretaris Mahkamah Agung, A.S. Pudjoharsoyo, S.H., M.Hum dalam pembukaan seminar mengatakan \u00a0tujuan diadakannya seminar ini ialah untuk meningkatkan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang profesional guna mewujudkan visi Mahkamah Agung yaitu \u201cTerwujudnya Badan Peradilan Indonesia yang Agung\u201d sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan hukum dan peradilan secara cepat, tepat, transparan, akuntabel dan profesional kepada masyarakat pencari keadilan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mahkamahagung.go.id\/cms\/media\/7840\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cDalam upaya mendukung pelaksanaan Reformasi tersebut, diperlukan budaya kerja berupa sikap dan perilaku individu-individu yang didasari atas nilai-nilai organisasi yang diyakini kebenarannya dan telah menjadi kebiasaan dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi dalam menjalankan pekerjaan sehari-hari di lingkungan MA dan Badan Peradilan yang berada di bawahnya\u201d, tambah Sekretaris MA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mahkamahagung.go.id\/cms\/media\/7841\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wakil Ketua Mahkamah Agung Bidang Non Yudisial, Dr. Sunarto, S.H., M.H membuka acara seminar ini dengan mengutip kalimat Ketua Mahkamah Agung New Jersey Arthur T. Vanderbilt, \u201c<em>the<\/em>\u00a0<em>best<\/em>\u00a0<em>organization<\/em>\u00a0<em>of<\/em>\u00a0<em>the<\/em>\u00a0<em>courts<\/em>\u00a0<em>will<\/em>\u00a0<em>be<\/em>\u00a0<em>ineffective<\/em>,\u00a0<em>if<\/em>\u00a0<em>the<\/em>\u00a0<em>judges<\/em>\u00a0<em>who<\/em>\u00a0<em>man<\/em>\u00a0<em>it<\/em>\u00a0<em>are<\/em>\u00a0<em>lacking<\/em>\u00a0<em>the<\/em>\u00a0<em>necessary<\/em>\u00a0<em>qualifications<\/em>\u201d organisasi pengadilan yang baik tidak akan efektif jika hakim yang mengelolanya kurang memiliki kualifikasi yang diperlukan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mahkamahagung.go.id\/cms\/media\/7842\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cVisi MA tahun 2010-2035 adalah mewujudkan Badan Peradilan Indonesia Yang Agung. Salah satu cirinya yaitu dengan pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dengan kriteria obyektif sehingga tercipta personil peradilan yang berintegritas dan profesional. Untuk mencapai kondisi tersebut, Cetak Biru Mahkamah Agung 2010-2035 mengamanatkan agar pengelolaan sumber daya manusia Mahkamah Agung dilakukan berbasis kompetensi agar dapat dicapai desain organisasi berbasis kinerja dan pada akhirnya dapat memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pengguna peradilan\u201d, ucap Wakil Ketua MA Bidang Non Yudisial.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mahkamahagung.go.id\/cms\/media\/7843\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lebih lanjut ia menambahkan, salah satu area perubahan yang menjadi tujuan reformasi birokrasi berdasarkan Peraturan Presiden No. 81 Tahun 2010 tentang Grand Design Reformasi Birokrasi 2010-2035 adalah pola pikir (<em>mindset<\/em>) dan budaya kerja (<em>culture<\/em>\u00a0<em>set<\/em>). Dalam Perpres\u00a0 No.81 Tahun 2010 terdapat delapan area perubahan yang menjadi tujuan tujuan reformasi birokrasi meliputi seluruh aspek manajemen pemerintahan yaitu: organisasi, tata laksana, peraturan perundang-undangan, sumber daya manusia aparatur, pengawasan, akuntabilitas, pelayanan publik dan pola pikir (<em>mind<\/em>\u00a0<em>set<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mahkamahagung.go.id\/cms\/media\/7844\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seminar ini menghadirkan Dr. Ary Ginanjar Agustian, founder ESQ Group sebagai pembicara dan dihadiri para Pejabat Eselon I MA, para Ketua Pengadilan Tingkat Banding seluruh Indonesia, Pejabat Eselon II MA, para Sekretaris dan Panitera Pengadilan Tingkat Banding seluruh Indonesia\u00a0 baik yang mengikuti secara fisik maupun melalui\u00a0<em>zoom meeting<\/em>. Acara ini juga \u00a0disaksikan melalui\u00a0<em>live<\/em>\u00a0<em>streaming<\/em>\u00a0youtube Mahkamah Agung.
